ELECTRIC REVOLUTION

 Hey Torque Lovers, 

How are you doing? It's been a very long since I wrote something and posted it. Trying my best to get back to this and post more and more blogs and create content that you guys love. So without wasting any more time, let's get to today's topic which is "ELECTRIC REVOLUTION". As you all know electric vehicles have started capitalizing the market at a good pace with big players like Tata, Hyundai, MG, etc. Already launched their electric vehicles and soon will be joined by huge players like Jaguar Land Rover, Volvo, and many more. How can we forget the biggest electric vehicle company TESLA. Recently Volvo announced its plan to go fully electric by 2030 which is not far just 9 years from now, joining the party is Jaguar Land Rover  which will be repositioned and redesigned as an all-electric luxury car brand by 2025. Companies like Audi and Porsche have launched their fully electric cars and others are yet to join them. This revolution is not seen only in 4 wheelers even 2 wheelers have joined this change for the betterment of the climate. There are many start ups who are offering fully electric 2 wheelers and of them is ATHER along with the big names like TVS and Bajaj. Recently Tesla registered itself in India the competition among the Indian brands and other brands will grow day by day. Tesla cars will be sold as a CBU unit which will be priced on a costlier side other company's models which will be assembled in India will have a great chance to give tough competition to Tesla.

This all revolution kind of thing looks very good and pleasing for the climate and to reduce the air pollution but what if we think practically. How long it will take all the companies to build their charging stations just like the fuel pumps we have right now. The numbers of fuel pumps are way more because of which one is relieved and does not have to worry about the fuel getting over, but will it be the same with the electric vehicle? What if one's car runs out of power in the middle of the night and is stranded? Getting fuel is a bit easy but getting electricity to charge the car which requires good power is a bit hard. With the rising fuel prices because of the recent hike in excise duty, shifting to the electric vehicle is quite logical and reasonable. But how will the company charge the customers at the charging stations? Gasoline vehicles are any day more reliable, will these electric vehicles be as reliable as gasoline vehicles?

I am not against the ELECTRIC REVOLUTION even I want what is best for the climate and best for us. But these are some questions that pop up in my mind after seeing all the companies planning to go fully electric. Going fully electric will be a great achievement and doing the same with proper plan and great execution will be a greater achievement for mankind in history.
