YAMAHA R15 V3

come on guys it is that bike which changed the 150cc segment and took it to a whole new level and created a storm as soon as it was launched in India.Yeah it's none other than the YAMAHA R15 V3.

Finally YAMAHA has launched the third version of their killer bike. So let's see what YAMAHA is offering with their new version of R15. Let's first start with the design, R15's design was always pleasing from the day it was launched. It was the unique design at that time and it is still one of the best design in the market, the R15 v3 looks more sharper than the earlier version. You get LED headlamps in the front and also the tail, now the instrument cluster is fully digital which will show you the speed, trip meter, fuel indicator and it will also show you the gear indicator. Now let's talk from where this handsome beast generates it's power, yeah let's talk about the engine. The YAMAHA R15's engine is a 155.5cc single cylinder liquid cooled, 4 valve, fuel injector which produces 19.3ps @ 10000rpm and 14.7Nm of torque at 8500rpm and a 6 speed gearbox. YAMAHA has added a new feature to this bike VVA (variable valve actuation) which helps in adding flexibility to the valve train. So R15 being an international model it gets USD forks, slipper clutch and ABS. While slipper clutch is continued in the Indian version, it misses out USD forks and ABS😓. The R15 now weighs in at a kerb weight of 139kgs which is definitely appreciable but the thing which is not appreciable is that the fuel tank capacity has gone down to 11 litres. The R15 right now gets MRF tyres but you also have the option of getting METZELER tyres which is a part of racing kit. The other features which you get as a part of racing kit is DAYTONA muffler and FRAME SLIDERS😍

So the R15 v3 is priced at an introductory price of 1.25L ex-showroom Delhi, being at this price level with so many features R15 is surely gonna kill the market and win people's heart💓
